Pre-Wedding Day

1. **Final Meeting**: Meet with the couple 1-2 weeks before the wedding to go over final details, timelines, and any last-minute changes.

2. **Vendor Confirmations**: Contact all vendors to confirm arrival times, services, and any specific instructions.

3. **Timeline Creation**: Develop a detailed timeline for the day, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and any other events.

4. **Rehearsal Coordination**: Attend and direct the rehearsal, ensuring that everyone knows their roles and the sequence of events.

Wedding Day

1. **Early Arrival**: Arrive early at the venue to oversee setup and ensure everything is on schedule.

2. **Vendor Coordination**: Act as the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time and know where to set up.

3. **Setup Oversight**: Ensure all decorations, tables, chairs, and other elements are set up according to the couple’s specifications.

4. **Emergency Kit**: Bring an emergency kit with items like safety pins, tape, pain relievers, snacks, etc., to handle any unexpected issues.

5. **Bridal Party Assistance**: Assist the bridal party with getting ready and ensure everyone is where they need to be for photos and the ceremony.

6. **Timeline Management**: Keep the day running on time, from the ceremony to the reception, coordinating transitions smoothly.

7. **Guest Management**: Direct guests to the correct locations and assist with any questions or issues.

8. **Ceremony Coordination**: Cue the bridal party and musicians, ensuring the ceremony starts on time and flows smoothly.

9. **Reception Coordination**: Oversee the reception, including the grand entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting, and any other planned events.

10. **Problem Solving**: Handle any issues that arise, from minor mishaps to vendor delays, without involving the couple.

11. **Clean Up Coordination**: Ensure that all items are packed up and returned to the correct people after the event, and that the venue is left in good condition.

Post-Wedding

1. **Vendor Payment and Gratuities**: Distribute final payments and tips to vendors as directed by the couple.

2. **Item Return**: Ensure all rental items are returned and personal items are collected and given to the appropriate people.
