You may or may not know...

The resorts co-created a bill to deem short term rentals and airbnb rentals illegal outside of resort zoned areas in 2019.

What does this mean?

It means we had to create a new legal structure for our property to comply with the new laws so our guests aren't approached by the Department of Planning Permitting with citations.

In short you'll have to sign a couple documents after you confirm you booking. These documents say you're now members of our LLC. There are no hidden fees or responsibilities. If you have any concerns everything is written in the documents you sign.

How we protect our guests

Only confirmed owner/members of the company will be sent check-in information. You must execute the series of documents within 48 hours or your reservation will be cancelled.


This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a time share. This is a multi-member LLC, which is not a new concept. We advertise on this site to attract new members to our LLC. Our LLC holds various interest in many properties.

It helps offset the common expenses between the member/partners. The legal interest is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/partner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest and make an initial capital contribution in the LLC that owns this property, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come-first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property and the furnishings so that all of our members have a wonderful second home. Once we have 60 active and contributing members then advertising of this property will cease. There are 60 total membership slots available.

Some features on this portal are incorrect and are required by this portal and I am unable to change them. The Operating Agreement of the LLC is the governing document. And the features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily the correct policies. All policies are in the Operating Agreement.
